term of service (TOS) :
- i have the right to decline a comission
- please send references/clear description of what you want drawn
- let me know which artstyle you would like too!
- TAT 7-21 days( maybe less or more depending on the order/que ) will be counted after the sketch is approved ( but ill let you know! and send progress )
- payment will be done UPFRONT/HALF-HALF only ( no payment after finished art ).
- FULL REFUNDS can only be given if i havent started the sketch, and a partial refund can be given if ive done the sketch already.
- i'll send you a sketch beforehand max revisions 3 times (for major revisions, small revisions like colors missing details etc dont count!)
- NO REFUNDS after lineart stage + no major revisions after ive started linearting the sketch
- exception can be made though like if i was for whatever reason unable to finish your commission, etc.
- If client pays 50/50 - Half Half and within the lineart progress do not reply back to me (a week/7 days) i will only send the LINEART and only the lineart, only counting as paying for that only unless clarity is given to me!! if you do respond back though saying you still want the art i will continue it.
- you can use the comission for anything you want as long as you credit me ( no commercial use unless u asked and paid commercial fee which is like 2X or 3X the original price depending on what u want and also DO NOT use them as NFTS or feed them into AI )
- DONT claim my art as yours ( like saying you made it etc ) also DONT use it in competitions and all that😭
